Welcome to Osage Middle School!
Mission: To sustain and enhance a caring community to produce enthusiasm for lifelong learning.
My name is Bill Carlson and I've served as Osage Middle School Principal starting in 2023-2024 school year. We have a strong tradition of excellence at OMS and are focused around supporting our students as a team. We value building relationships, ensuring high quality learning opportunities, and helping students find their “fit” in our school.
Osage Middle School serves grades 5-8, which is around 300 of our district’s 1,000 students. We are focused on growth for all--academically, socially and emotionally. Our programming reflects this as students receive core instruction in English, math, science, and social studies, as well as exploration in the areas of computer science, Project Lead the Way, industrial technology, human services and agriculture. All of our students also have exposure to visual arts, vocal and instrumental music, physical education, and the opportunity to participate in various athletics, clubs and organizations. We pride ourselves in the recent updates to our facility and the impact it will have on our student’s learning.
